SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Mahoning Retired Teachers Association recently gathered at Antone’s Banquet Center in Boardman to award scholarships to two Youngstown State University education students. To be eligible, recipients were required to carry a 3.0 grade point average and be a full-time student at YSU.
