November 26, 2016 -- Feast, tour provided at Packard..About 15 residents of the North Manor Center nursing home in Youngstown not only were treated to a Thanksgiving Day feast Wednesday, they also got a tour of Packard ElectricÕs Thatcher Lane plant in Austintown as part of an event sponsored by the company and the union. Assembly line worker Dave Spellick explained his job to Robert Dancie, who worked on the line at a General Motors facility in Euclid for 43years before retiring in 1983. (The Vindicator/ William D.
