November 26, 2016 -- Feast, tour provided at Packard..About 15 residents of the North Manor Center nursing home in Youngstown not only were treated to a Thanksgiving Day feast Wednesday, they also got a tour of Packard ElectricÕs Thatcher Lane plant in Austintown as part of an event sponsored by the company and the union.
