SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Officer G. Wallace of the Youngstown Police Department stands with Boardman Little Spartans cheerleaders who sold the most YPD 2016 breast cancer shirts. This year, YPD donated more than $3,300 to Youngstown State University Pink Ribbon Cheer Classic by selling 685 shirts. In three years, YPD has donated $5,800 to the cheer classic.
