SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR | At a recent meeting at A La Cart Catering in Canfield, the Berlin Ellsworth Ruritans welcomed its newest members, Brian Devine and James Gatto. Devine, of Canfield, is a financial representative at Western and Southern Life. Gatto is a transmission line supervisor with The Illuminating Co. in Cleveland, and is a lifelong resident of Berlin Center.
