SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR | Stambaugh Auditorium dedicated the Florence and Ward Beecher box office on Jan. 1, a partnership between the Simon Florence Beecher Foundation and the Ward Beecher Foundation. The naming agreement will be in place for 10 years, and is the first box office naming opportunity in Stambaugh’s 89-year history. Approximately 97 percent of ticketed events use the box office for purchases, and more than 27,000 tickets were distributed in 2015. Stambaugh also accepted a naming opportunity and dedicated the Jeanne D. Tyler Grand Ballroom in October 2015 after two years of renovations. J. David Sabine, senior vice president of Huntington Bank and head of the Trust Department in Youngstown, and Jeannine Donatelli, director of donor relations, recently exhibited the renamed box office, which is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are available by visiting the box office, calling 330-259-0555 or at www.stambaughauditorium.com. For information on this and other naming opportunities, call Donatelli at 330-747-5175.
