SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Vince Colaluca, left, past president of Austintown Rotary, presents a plaque of appreciation to Mal Culp who is finishing his term as 2015-2016 president. Ed Kalaher of Austintown was inducted as president for 2016-2017 by Chuck Baker at the President’s Party at the Upstairs Lounge. He is president of Window Depot and a Fitch High School alumni.
