SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Mahoning Retired Teachers Association honored members 90-years old and older at its spring meeting. Among those honored, from left, are Gary Kane, Chester Feret, Laddie Fedor, Larry McKenna, Jean Evans, Helen Boone, Anna Scheiderer, Jim Ramsey and Phyllis Thornhill. Special recognition was given to 99-year old Frances Ritz, below, MRTA’s oldest active member. Ritz taught for 48 years at various local schools including Youngstown State University.
