Richard Partika with the red hat and Bryan Partika in the track jersey are both from Poland. The photo was taken in May 2015 after the Division II District Track meet at Salem High School. Richard is hugging his son after he won the District title in the 300 meter hurdles and broke the Poland HS record in the event. The photo was taken by Monique Malmer.
