SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Fitch ‘76 and Friends will host its fifth annual charitable golf outing Aug. 28 at Lakeside Golf Course, 2404 SE River Road, Lake Milton. The 18-hole scramble will begin with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Breakfast, lunch, refreshments and dinner are included in the cost of $70 per person. Team, individual and hole-in-one prizes will be awarded. There will be a basket auction and big screen TV raffle. Hole sponsorships are available for $50. Finalizing plans, from left, are committee members Nick Harris, Glenn Johnson, Darryl Wem and Lou Markulin. All proceeds will be used to assist Fitch alumni or Austintown families in need.
