SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Austintown Rotary hosted Darren Crivelli, a zoning inspector for Austintown, as guest speaker for a June 27 club meeting. Crivelli discussed new businesses, former school properties, neglected properties and future housing projects in the community. Above left is Mal Culp, left, outgoing club president with Crivelli. Songmeng Chea from Cambodia was welcomed as a guest of Rotarian Tom Welsh. They met in Phnom Penh in the late 1990s and maintained their friendship. Chea is an employee of the U.S. State Department in Cambodia. Below, Chea, left, is shown with Gary Reel, Rotary member and educator.
