SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Above is Becky Bucco, left, who was presented with the GFWC Ohio Warren Junior Women’s Club Woman of the Year Award by Mary Lou Jarrett, club president. She was chosen for her work organizing the Flag Bridge Project on King Graves Road in Vienna leading to the Youngstown Air Reserve Station. Below is the league’s scholarship chairman Marsha Croft, left, who presented the Shultz/Mills Scholarship to Michelle Cerny, with Jarrett on her right. The $500 scholarship will help Cerny continue her studies at Kent State University. It is awarded to a nontraditional female student currently enrolled in a local university.
