Below right, Past District Governor Bob Booher, right, presents Lioness Jeanne Watson-Antol of Home Savings and Loan with the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award, the highest form of recognition for service bestowed by the Lions Club International Foundation. Booher also installed new officers and board of directors at the Youngstown Lions Club meeting June 23 at the Upstairs Restaurant in Austintown.
