SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Warren Junior Women’s League Club members Esther Gartland, left, and Pam Vines were recently installed at the GFWC Ohio Federation of Women’s Clubs 118th annual convention. Gartland was installed as 2016-2018 GFWC OFWC Assistant Director of Junior Clubs and Pam Vines was installed as GFWC OFWC Northeast District Junior Director. Vines also was selected to represent GFWC Ohio Federation of Women’s Clubs as the 2016 LEADS Candidate. Her name was added to the Pioneers Blue Book of Distinguished Women and she received the 2016 Feather in her Cap award from GFWC OFWC President Linda Ross and Linda Crish, second vice president. Vines was selected for being organized, energetic, a hard worker and dedicated to the federation.
