SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR | Missy Macklin is the first winner of the Shopping Local Pays incentive hosted by the Columbiana Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber executive director April Brinker, right, awarded Macklin a $25 gift certificate to Bunker Hill Antiques, 24 S. Main St. The monthly program invites locals to save their receipts from stores in the 44408 zip code area, excluding groceries or gas, then turn the receipts in to the Chamber when a $100 total has been reached for a chance to win a $25 gift certificate. Receipts may be collected throughout the month and then turned in to the Chamber on the seventh of the following month.
