SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Kiwanis Club of Youngstown named Jerry Osborne, Kiwanian of the Year, during the club’s Dec. 16 meeting. He is a retired banking executive and has been a member of Youngstown Kiwanis since 2002. He has served as club president and district lieutenant governor. He is presently the club treasurer.
