SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Home Savings Charitable Foundation recently donated $25,000 to Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp. to fund its Revitalize Youngstown project. The project is a comprehensive initiative to improve property conditions and safety in 10 neighborhoods with each area led by an individual Neighborhood Action Team. The teams board up abandoned houses, clean vacant properties and maintain public spaces.
