SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Run for Caitlin Inc., a nonprofit corporation, awarded eight scholarships for tuition to Cardinal Mooney High School students. Each recipient received $1,500. The scholarships were presented at the third annual Run for Caitlin, which took place July 23 in Canfield. Richard and Carol Yager and their son Matt celebrate the life and memory of their daughter and sister, Caitlin. A 19-year old student at Marietta College, she was in a car accident and died Dec. 26, 2013. She was a runner on the Marietta Cross Country team, as well as a history and land management major.
