SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR | Above, from left, are Barb Kliner, District 26 Lieutenant Governor representing Austintown Kiwanis Club, and Kathy Rusback, president of Austintown Junior Women’s League. During the March meeting of Austintown Kiwanis, Rusback was the guest speaker and was presented with a certificate for her nomination for the 2016 ServeOhio Award. The certificate recognizes Rusback for her volunteer service to the citizens of Ohio.
