Moving on up | 02/23/2005Employees of Kelley Steel of Cleveland raise steel trusses into place for the foundation of the roof for the Youngstown Convocation Center in downtown Youngstown. Below, the shell of the convocation center is viewed from South Avenue looking west. The $42 million YCC is scheduled to open this fall. It will be home to the Youngstown SteelHounds Central Hockey League team and also will hold concerts and special events.
