SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Volunteers met recently to get ready for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life Columbiana, which is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. May 30 at Crestview High School, 44100 Crestview Drive, Columbiana. In addition to the survivors dinner at 6 p.m. that day at Pizza Hut, features will include food, music, stories from survivors, opening and closing ceremonies and a luminaria ceremony to honor those who are fighting cancer or who have lost the battle. From left are Casey Dale, Kim Bland, Michelle Smith of Pizza Hut, and Diane Barnes. Similar events are planned in East Liverpool and Salem.
