ROBERT K. YOSAY | THE VINDICATOR..At the Eastwood Mall concourse - Anthony Cafaro Sr. presented a $100,000 check from the Cafaro Foundation - in support of a new Howland community stadium.. It will go toward the $650,000 first phase of the project that will replace the grass field with turf. The entire project is three phases and has a price tag of $1.85 million..-
