SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Garden Forum of Greater Youngstown presented two $1,000 scholarships during the June Flower Show at the Davis Center in Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park. Recipients are Autumn Dixon and Joseph L. Fagnano. Dixon has completed her second year at Kent State Salem Branch. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in applied horticultural sciences and hopes to own and operate a garden center in the Valley. Fagnano has completed his first year at Youngstown State University. He majors in biology and plans to attend Ohio State University to pursue a major in agricultural education.
