SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Columbiana Wine Festival committee members are preparing for its third annual festival, planned for 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at American Legion Post 290, 44403 state Route 14. The event will feature six local wineries, music, food and a basket raffle. Committee members, in front from left are Denny Moeller and Gary Shell.
