SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Struthers Rotary Club announces the 2015 Struthers High School recipients of its $500 scholarships. Winners are Kelsey Agnone, Brianna Breznai, Wendy Ford, Araceli Perez and Dana Wilkos. Tiffany Shirilla is the recipient of the William Comstock Scholarship, and Rachael Leonard received the Rotary Community Corps Scholarship.
