SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR At its May 20 meeting, the Rotary Club of Youngstown honored Annabelle Day, the returning Vindicator Spelling Bee champion, and other local students. Paul Garchar, club president, presented her with a gift card to iTunes for her accomplishment. Annabelle is an eighth-grader at Willow Creek Learning Center in Boardman.
