SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Residents of the Commons at Greenbriar and Greenbriar Health Center in Boardman recently enjoyed a visit from Leda, an award-winning, gentle 7-year-old quarter horse owned by the center’s culinary director. She brought back memories to the residents who used to ride and who took care of horses. Residents pampered her with treats of peppermint and butterscotch candies. With Leda, in front from left, are Louisa Alesafis and Flo Vukelich, and in back are Audrey Mislay, Marguerite Dudley and Herb Hribar.
