William D. Lewis the Vindicator A Tufted Titmouse sits on a feeder with a cutout of park founder Volney Rogers. Bob Davis, a park employee said this helps birds get used to taking food from people. The park recently hosted a program where people could feed birds by hand. Upcoming bird programs in the park include Coffee with the birds on Jan 17 and 31 from 8-9:30 am.
