SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR — The Junior Civic of Youngstown will host its fourth annual Mardi Gras party from 7 p.m. to midnight Feb. 21 at the Mahoning Country Club, 710 Liberty Road, Girard. Tickets entitle each partygoer to beads and a mask along with dinner, entertainment by Howard and the Point 5 Band and a raffle for a flat screen television and $500 as prizes. Tickets cost $40 per person, and proceeds will benefit the league’s scholarship and education programs.
