William D. Lewis The Vindicator Rick Rowlands of the Youngstown Steel Heritage Museum inspects a 1937 narrow gauge steam locomotive that was used in the Pittsburgh industry. The locomotive was moved from Middlefield Oh, 12-30-14 to the Youngstown Steel Heritage Museum on Hubbard Rd where it will be restored.
