SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR — Home Savings Charitable Foundation recently donated a check for $1,500 to the Millcreek Children’s Center to sponsor its holiday party and buy gifts for children who use the services of the center. Nearly 50 children and their families attended. From left to right are Karen A.
