Jeff Lange | The Vindicator Rebekah Plant age 3 of Mineral Ridge (left) wraps her mother Sarah Plant up in a hug after being announced as this year's heart child for the 13th annual Pasta Cook Off held at Blessed Sacrament Parish in Warren, Sunday afternoon. Rebekah was born with several heart defects causing her to undergo an open-heart transplant at the age of 4 months.
