ROBERT K. YOSAY | THE VINDICATOR.. Megan Perencevic of youngstown ---Jason Cooke organized a rally for the dog who was left to starve to death in Campbell, to take place at the Campbell Municipal Courthouse. Cooke did not know the dogs name or if it was a boy or girl, so he called it Charlie. The rally is called ÒJustice For CharlieÓ and it is meant to bring attention not only to this case, but to all cases of animal abuse and neglect. .-30-
