The Rev. George Balasko speaks on "Memories of a Lifetime" during the William Holmes McGuffey Historical Society meeting at the Kravitz's Deli meeting room in Liberty on Jan. 17. Balasko talked about his life and his involvment with the Roman Catholic Jewish Dialogue and the Polka Masses. "I took some of the Slovenian and Croatian melodies and wrote words for them," Balasko said about starting the Polka Mass.
