Katie Rickman | The Vindicator.Allayah Green 11 smiles as she holds up her new backpack that she will use this year as she begins her school year at Williamson Elementary School. Green was one of many who attended the community wide back-to-school backpack giveaway at the Covelli Centre August 24, 2015. The event was a collaborated effort by the city of Youngstown, city schools, and NOW Youngstown.
