Katie Rickman | The Vindicator.Backpacks were separated by style and grade and 2,000 backpacks were available at the community wide back-to-school backpack giveaway at the Covelli Centre August 24, 2015. The event was a collaborated effort by the city of Youngstown, city schools, and NOW Youngstown.
