Katie Rickman | The Vindicator .Eighth grade students at Chaney High School put together bicycles made out of Legos in a STEM class at Chaney High School on Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014 in Youngstown, Ohio. The STEM program at Chaney has earned their third Governor’s award for STEM.
