Katie Rickman | The Vindicator.The first Habitat for Humanity home for built retired veteran James Skok at 3889 New Road in Austintown will be dedicated Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2014. Skok was wounded while in Iraq in 2003 and retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 2010.
