SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Columbiana Area Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade Committee has begun plans for this year’s annual Christmas parade. It will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 21. Organizations are invited to participate in the theme “The Joy of Christmas Lights Up Our Hearts.” Plaques will be awarded for best float, best car, best of theme, best marching/walking unit, best old firetruck, best new firetruck, best of parade and the Clark W. Griswold award for the most outlandish use of lights. Committee members, in front from left, are April Brinker, Rosalie Kurtz, Linda Seidner and Carol Cobbs.
