Struthers Rotary presented a donation of $500 to Brian Palumbo, owner of Selah Restaurant, 130 S. Bridge St., downtown Struthers. The donation is to help with his work at the Fairview Arts & Outreach Center, which presents stage performances of plays, songs and oratory that address social issues.
