Katie Rickman | The Vindicator.Eric Thrope of Salem is the project coordinator for the Home Depot volunteer team working at the home of Charles Carson who is a disabled Navy veteran. The 12 volunteers from 5 home depot stores (Salem, Niles, Austintown, Hermitage, and Boardman) worked at the home to build a new wheel chair ramp and renovate a bathroom Nov. 7, 2014.
