SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The fall meeting of the Catholic Collegiate Association took place Oct. 1 at the Holiday Inn in Boardman. New members, Christine Berlin and Sister Charlotte Italiano, OSU, were welcomed. The speaker was Youngstown Mayor John A. McNally, discussing the progress of Youngstown and its downtown revitalization.
