SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Arts for Adoption will be fundraiser An evening of food, wine and shopping has been set as a fundraising event called Arts for Adoption to take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at DiLucia’s Banquet Center, 2610 Elm Road NE, Warren. Patrons can enjoy a chance auction, hors d’oeuvres and bottomless wine glass with a chance to win a trip to Isle of Palms Beach Resort near Charleston, S.C. Mark Soini will provide music.
