Officials look at the damage to the vehicle of Karen Zorn, 27, of Maryland, who died as a result of the crash on the Ohio Turnpike on Wednesday morning. In all, six vehicles were involved and five people suffered injuries in the westbound lanes of the turnpike near Kirk Road in Austintown Township.
