SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Downtown YMCA was the location of the installation of officers on Oct. 17 for Downtown Kiwanis Club for 2014-2015. Past Lt. Governor Christopher McCarty was the installer. From left are newly inducted President Rob Gardner, Immediate Past President Brad Harris; President-Elect Anthony D’Apolito and McCarty. The Downtown Kiwanis Club was chartered July 29, 1916, and has met for the past 98 years with the mission to improve the world one child and one community at a time.
