SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Dr. Fredrick Friedrich is celebrating a birthday the end of March. In his honor, Victoria House Assisted Living, 5295 Ashley Circle, Austintown, is hosting a free wellness fair from 1:30 to 3 p.m. March 24. There will be blood pressure checks, podiatry consultations, health screenings and vendors. Dr. Friedrich encourages his peers to exercise every morning for one-half hour, and no matter the weather he dons his coat and heads out for his daily walk after exercising.
