Jeff Kotula, president of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, Walter “Buzz” Pishkur, director of water utilities for the city of Arlington, Texas, and Jim Parajon, Arlington’s director of community development and planning, spoke last month about fracking’s regulatory issues and economic benefits at a luncheon in Youngstown. Pishkur once served as president of Aqua Ohio when he lived in the Mahoning Valley.
