SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR All 400 members of the third-grade classes of Austintown Intermediate School took a step back into history as they visited the Austin Log Cabin and the Strock Stone House. Both National Historical Landmarks are open for free tours the first Sunday of every month from 1 to 4 p.m. Above are some of the third-graders, along with Jack and Mary deVille, who are docents, and the students’ teachers.
