SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Scott Schulick, president of the Rotary Club of Youngstown, presents Annabelle Day, Vindicator 2014 Regional Spelling Bee grand champion, with a gift certificate to iTunes. The club met May 21. It annually honors scholastic achievements of local students, including the spelling bee. Annabelle is a seventh-grader at Willow Creek Learning Center in Boardman. She participated in the Scripps National Spelling Bee on May 28.
