SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Struthers Rotary Club had its annual President’s Dinner recently honoring outgoing President Jim Martin at the Springfield Grille. The club celebrated its 58th year and is the only club in District 6650 to sponsor an Interact Club and Rotary Community Corps. For his service, Martin was presented with the Rotary’s Paul Harris Fellowship, and Bryan Higgins was presented with a $500 Rotary scholarship for his service.
